Kiana Shaw Enterprises was founded in 2019 with a focus on connecting personal development to real-life results. Too often, organizations expect people to communicate professionally, manage conflict, lead effectively, retain employment, parent confidently, or make strong decisions without ever being taught the skills required to do those things well.
