Who is LeadHERship Academy for?
LeadHERship Academy is designed for girls ages 13–19 who would benefit from structured personal development, leadership, life-skills, communication, and future-readiness experiences.
Does my daughter have to be struggling to participate?
No. LeadHERship Academy is developmental, not remedial. Girls do not need to be “in trouble” to benefit from building confidence, communication, leadership, boundaries, life skills, and greater self-awareness.

Will parents be involved?
