For more than a decade, she has been teaching personal transformation and professional development for various organizations and schools, including: Los Angeles Sparks, Los Angeles Clippers, Goodwill SOLAC, Los Padrinos Juvenile Detention Facility, Los Angeles African American Women’s Public Policy Institute, Crenshaw High School, Centennial High School, Challengers Boys and Girls Club and more!
In 2016, Kiana decided she needed to expand her reach and created Mothers Raising Teen Daughters, a safe place for moms to express themselves while getting the tools and resources they need to bring love, joy, harmony, and supportive dialogue back to their homes. With over 22,000 members, she has established herself as the go-to person for not only helping moms but developing positive mindsets in teen girls.
In addition, Kiana teaches Breakthrough Parenting Classes, runs her LeadHERship Academy program for teen girls.
